Consequently we will arrange a viewing of the selected properties at your convenience.
Negotiation
When the client has identified their preferred property, Virtus will commence negotiations with the vendor on your behalf to secure the property on the most favourable terms and conditions. These negotiations will include all elements of the property purchase, such as:
- Purchase price, & timetable
- Tenure
- Contractual issues
- Fixtures, fittings and furniture
Legal Process & Possession
Once all terms and conditions of the property purchase have been finalised and agreed both parties will appoint their legal team (Virtus is able to recommend a solicitor) to engage in the legal work and inspection of the property. Virtus will manage the purchase process on your behalf to ensure a successful completion of the property transaction.
