Virtus secures flagship restaurant site for Novikov Restaurant Group
On behalf of Russian based Novikov Restaurant Group Virtus Real Estate has acquired the lease at 50 Berkeley Street, Mayfair, London.
The premises consists of 19,000 sq ft situated over three floors that will incorporate three restaurant concepts.
The premises is ideally positioned amongst a number of luxury retailers such as Chanel, Joseph, Giuseppe Zannoti etc.
The Mayfair location is ideal for the group’s first London project, located in the heart of Mayfair close to the Ritz Hotel and opposite Nobu Berkeley.
The lease was assigned from restaurant group Hakkasan and has 22 years remaining at a rent of £750,000 a year.
Arkady Novikov, founder of Novikov Restaurant Group who owns and operates over 60 different projects in the restaurant, retail and entertainment sector in Russia, said he's excited to be opening in London:
