Mayfair showroom aquired on behalf of Anna Casa Interiors.
On behalf of Anna Casa Interiors Ltd, Virtus Real Estate has acquired a proportion of the new retail space at Hines UK's mixed use development on the corner of Grafton Street and Hay Hill in the heart of London's Mayfair district.
The retail space is ideally located between Bond Street and Berkeley square, amongst prominent boutiques, galleries and restaurants.
A new ten year lease was entered into on the central unit in the scheme which measures 1,900 sq ft over ground and basement floors. The retail premises will provide Anna Casa with central London representation in addition to the company's current showroom at the Chelsea Harbour Design Centre.
